3. (2) Identical Passport-sized photos
4. Copy of Itinerary
5. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information that is used to help accurately process your visa order.

BUSINESS TRAVEL:

1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)

4. Business letter on corporate letterhead with entry and departure dates. The letter should state that the company will assure financial responsibility.
