A sale from person to person:

• A title signed over
• Bill of sale
• Original insurance card in the new owners name
• Copy of the new persons drivers license
• Check to the DMV or an approximation of cash for the plate fee and sales tax fee if applicable.
• MV 900 if there is a lien or at lien information (lien holder name, address, code etc)

Time of process: Pick up next day
